Noise maps by facade show the noise levels on building facades, according to the type of source and the time period.

A Strategic Noise Map (SNM) is a set of maps that serve to globally assess the population's exposure to noise produced by different noise sources in a given area, and to serve as the basis for the development of action plans. They are used as a management tool to fight noise pollution and are developed every 5 years.

This information can be graphically consulted in the Environmental data maps. The other available datasets from Strategic Noise Map can also be consulted.

For further details about the Strategic Noise Map, check the FAQ of Environmental data maps.
