The Open Data BCN portal has published a new information set with all the byelaws and other municipal regulations (district use plans, heritage plans, etc.) The information includes the publication date, the day it came into force, a description and a link to the website where the text of the byelaw or regulation can be found. The file can be downloaded in XML format.
