Participating centers

Next, we show all the participating schools to the Barcelona Dades Obertes Challenge, along with some information from each school.


  • The Institut Ferran Tallada is a school for compulsory (ESO), upper (Batxillerat) secondary education and professional training (Formació Professional).


  • The Institut Vila de Gràcia is a school for compulsory (ESO) and upper (Batxillerat) secondary education founded in 1987.


  • The Institut Juan Manuel Zafra is a school for compulsory (ESO) and upper (Batxillerat) secondary education. It was founded in 1892 as a school for the learning of arts and crafts.


  • The Institut Joan Brossa is a school for compulsory (ESO), upper (Batxillerat) secondary education and professional training (Formació Professional).


  • The Institut J. Serrat i Bonastre is a centre that offers studies of compulsory (ESO) and upper (Batxillerat) secondary education, with origins in the 1890, that has chosen the path of constant methodological renovation based in the new technologies as a complement of the educative action.


  • The Institut Josep Comas i Solà was born off the demand for a secondary studies’ centre from the people in the neighbourhood of Trinitat Nova. It was made possible in the 90’s.
